How I started Art Work

Hey people! Hope you all are having great Sunday Funday. Today I want to share my own art inspiration and when I started all art stuff and things. To be really honest I used to skip my art classes in school and I chose to study computer studies just to get rid of art classes. In 9th grade I remember during my papers I started to draw the flower from my science book.

I used to see the perfect drawings of biology students in my class and I wished I could draw. Then I started college and just drew some stupid drawings too and doodles. For sure I cannot show all of them here but here are some:

I was a quote person from beginning. I used to read quotes from google like everytime. And then used to write them in stylish fonts with pencil on simple computer papers.

Whenever I had study load I used to de-stress by drawing no matter how stupid I draw. Then after completing my college I started trying different things. Water colors, shading pencils, acrylic paints, fashion illustrations and calligraphy.

I know I am not perfect yet in drawing but I believe that’s the beauty of art. You don’t need to be perfect to express.

All of my paintings are inspired from others artwork. But I always used to make it somewhat different to create uniqueness.

Be Healthy

Yes Crispers! Today I’ll talk about physical health and do’s and don’ts for a better and healthy lifestyle. Trust me you feel million dollar better when you start taking care of yourself and maintain a good lifestyle. Productivity jumps into life like you’ve never imagined. I am not promising you a complete 180 degree change but it will for sure change life for better. 2018 has recently started so it’s the best time to make resolutions for better you. You worth it.

 

Take care of your body, it’s the only place you live in’

Yes, so without any further delay I will share some tips to follow gradually month by month.

JANUARY:

Focus on the positives. Health is not merely the absence of disease. It is innovative concept of taking care of all aspects that ensure healthy life and well being of a person. Note the positives of your body. Know the demands of your body, try understanding how it works. Focusing on the negatives about your body will make condition more worse. Instead try praising your body positives.

FEBRUARY:

Keep a food Diary. If you have noticed that you need to reduce some weight this year then this tip will help you a lot. Keep track of your intakes will let you know about your eating habits. Write whatever you eat in a day and mention time with it. At the end of month you’ll easily track eating habits and make further plans to control your diet. It will make you conscious and help to make smarter choices.

MARCH:

Start a new workout program. Start a new workout program to gain strength and stamina. Forget that weight loss plateaus. Just focus on being strong and maintain good pace in workouts. Keep challenging your body to get stronger. Think that it is the chance to change yourself for better and avail it to the fullest. Your future self will thank you for the favour.

APRIL:

Healthy living

 

Change your grocery list. It will be very easy for you to eat clean when your fridge has fresh food instead of canned ones. Prepare your grocery list so that you buy fresh green vegetables and fruits as snacks. Set aside a time of a day each week and plan your healthy meals for a week. Once it becomes a habit to eat clean you won’t feel temptation anymore towards unhealthy ones.

Healthy is not a goal. It’s a lifestyle.

MAY:

Cut out added sugar. High consumption of sugar is linked with number of diseases and weight gain. Doctors mark it as white poison. It can also increase the risk of heart attack. I will not recommend totally avoiding sweet but as a substitute reach for fruits. They are good for health as well as maintain good sugar levels.

JUNE:

Increase water intake. Start by increasing one glass water intake than you usually do and keep track of it in your food diary. Drinking water as soon as you wake up is a healthy habit. It also helps in weight loss. Drinking more water flushes out toxins, improves skin complexion, boosts immune system and is also a natural headache remedy.

JULY:

Walk regularly. Aim to add 10,000 steps in your routine daily. Walking helps in burning extra calories. It helps to combat the risks that come along with desk-seated and inactive lifestyles. Walking refreshes your mind to get out of daily grind. Thoughts come clearly when one walks. So, keep your mind creative and walk regularly.

AUGUST:

Go Junk food free. Yes the toughest part of resolution is saying goodbye to junk foods. But you have to do it for yourself and health. Nothing worths more than health. Highly processed foods are loaded with sugar, salt, chemicals and fats that lead to a host of health issues ranging from obesity to diabetes to cardiovascular issues.

SEPTEMBER:

Add Meditation or yoga to your routine. Meditation helps to understand one’s own mind. You can learn to transform your mind from negativity towards positivity. Meditation and yoga helps to relief and calm down mind stress caused in daily routine. Studies have shown that meditation helps upto 44 percent to relieve stress and aids in psychological issues.

OCTOBER:

Celebrate meatless mondays. October is national vegetarian month. So, celebrate it by cutting off all meat stuff. And live green for a mondays. Going meat free for a day can introduce you to new healthy foods to love. It can also help to lower down BMI (Body Mass Index) and its good for environment too.  

NOVEMBER:

Keep Stress away. As the year is ready to end up. You may end up stressed for not meeting deadlines or whatever. But stress can damage your health, emotions and feelings. Plan and work accordingly to avoid possible stress situations. Go out for cycling, join support groups, help needy and care for well being of others to keep yourself stress free. 
DECEMBER:

Get enough sleep. A rested body is healthy body. Make sure you get enough sleep. Poor sleep routine can lead to weight gain. Try reading book in night time. Keep electronics away from bed. Stretch a little for better sleep. Maintain a healthy routine.

How to be Confident

Hey loves! Hope you all are sooper dooper lush going in lives. I want to share my personal thougths regarding confidence. First if all I am reassuring you that I am biggest lawyer of self improvement.One must differentiate self confidence with non-improvement. Understanding confidence is vital for building confidence.

Confidence comes from feeling good about yourself and believing in who you are and your abilities. It is a state of mind which is conveyed to others by your outer actions. Is not like that confident people never ever get in doubts; they do. But they don;t let their inner voices and doubts stop them from achieving their goals. What many people misunderstand is that Confidence is like a muscle; the more you use it the more it gives strength. Confident behaviors and thinking could be practiced. I am going to give you really valuable and practical tips to build up your confidence and self-esteem.

Knowing others is intelligence;

Knowing yourself is true wisdom,

Mastering others is strength;

Mastering yourself is true power.

  • Keep a confidence diary:

Note down your triggers when you are mostly confident. What are your highest and lowest confidence points. You may feel less confident in public. Work out to find your triggers. Write true points that reflect your personality. It will be cathartic to keep track of your confidence levels.

  • Track your confidence level:

Where do you feel most and least confidence? Ask yourself and avoid those physical and emotional places where you feel your confidence shatters down. A friend who makes you feel less confident is not a good friend, you need to get rid out of all situations who make you feel less about yourself.

  • Visualize :

When starting the journey of self improvement one need to visualize end results or situations. Sit down in a comfortable position, close your eyes and begin to focus on your natural breathing process. Next, start building a picture of confident you in your mind. What are the perfect scenarios that make you feel most confident. Think! Think! Imagine! Visualize!

Change your thoughts and change your world.

  • Use Mantras:

A mantra is a positive phrase that you repeat to yourself, confirming your positive thoughts as affirmations. For example: ‘I am good / capable enough to achieve goals’. Mantras could be said out loud or in your heart. One really can’t imagine  the wonders of these positive words. Just give it a try and make your own mantra. Be confident enough to share it with the world through comment section below. I would really appreciate your sharing!

  • Make a happy list:

In order to stay positive and focus to happiness make a list of all the good times in your life. Jot down your achievements and happy moments. You can ask family and friends to help. Write down the positive comments you ever received. Pin your happy list somewhere prominent to save you from negativity.

  • Stop Comparing:

As i have mentioned earlier I am supporter of self improvement. It is a positve thing to improve yourself continuously. Increase knowledge, read books, update fashion style and statements. But constantly trying to become someone else and comparing your first level to someone else’s next levels will freak you out. Just relax, accept your own challenges and understand your own growing process.

If you focus on life’s POSITIVES, the Negatives will fade away.

  • Body Confidence:

How you treat and hold your body affects your mind. Your muscles are directly connected to the brain’s emotional centres. Simple gesture controls and some power poses will make you feel powerful and in-control of your life instantly.

STRAIGHTEN UP! Stop slouching your shoulders, stop bending. Stand tall and straight. Appear more confident and powerful to others will boost up your thoughts and better mood. Open your chest; keep your head level straight. Yes like this girl!

  • Make eye contact:

Don’t gaze make confident eye contact. Studies have shown that people who make firm eye contact appear more trustworthy and confident. Connecting someone’s gaze can feel uncomfortable if you are shy or feeling nervous. Try fixing your gaze in between other’s eyes. Just make sure you avert your gaze after few seconds to avoid giving intimidating stare.

 

WHY NOT LIVE A BIG LIFE? 

 

  • Wear your favorite perfume:

Perfume not only makes you smell nice and likable but it boosts confidence too. When you smell good, you feel good about yourself and feel more attractive. Find a scent that suits your personality from four fragrance groups; floral n fruity, fresh, woody or musky and spicy or oriental. Use perfumed soaps, shower gels and body lotions for complementary scents.

  • Make plans and achieve your goals:

Sense of accomplishment gives best boost. Try to make plans and stick to them until accomplished. Make your achievement list longer. Take control of your life by planning and organizing, setting goals and achieving them gracefully. Be prepared for the day ahead. Make the lists of tasks you want to accomplish. Attach deadlines with them and work hard to achieve them. Believe in yourself, Your abilities, You can do it!

  • Treat yourself well:

Give yourself rewards on accomplishments. Take yourself out for dinner. Give gifts to yourself. Treat yourself with love and care. Never speak filthy of yourself. Stop negative self talk instead know your weak points and improve them. Feed Well! Feel Well!

  • Mix with positive people:

Happy smiling faces are infectious! Spending time with positive energies will put you in a positive frame. Learn something new with those positive energies for maximum outcome. Learn driving, new language, pick up new hobby; something that can benefit your self esteem.

The most beautiful thing you can wear is Confidence.

  • Look Good, Feel Great:

Feeling happy with what you see in the mirror each day will make you feel relaxed and self-assured. Looking after your hair is the excellent way to improve the way you feel about your body. Invest in new hair mask, hair conditioner, have a new haircut or color, more positive you. Be daring and show your personal style.

Does your current wardrobe leave something to be desired? The way you dress affects the way you feel, from the color you chose to how an item fits you. Feeling good in clothes will make you feel more comfortable. So, make your wardrobe colorful. Add extra colors with accessories.

Yin and Yang- The perfect Balance

Hey guys Hope you all are doing great. I feel really apologetic while writing this post as I have not been actively posting for a month. I got my finals and other stuff to do. I was being lazy too. I will continue to post every week from now onwards. I was reading about the Yin and Yang qualities present in nature and how they balance each other.

 

Yin Yang is basically a concept originated from an ancient religion “Taoism” in Chinese culture. Taoism believers believe that there is no Creator of the Universe but there are specific laws and confirmed rules by which Universe is being run. They prefer to live in harmony with those principles and Yin Yang concept is one of them.

The Yin Yang symbol defines the concept perfectly. There is good “white” in the world and there are bad elements ” Black” in the world too. There is always bad in good and good in bad i.e white in black and black in white.

A misconception that I found that people think Yin qualities belong to women and Yang qualities belong to men. That’s how our cultures are supposed to be. We see organized image of world only if both genders perform in their own circles and don’t allow the liberty to go out of the way.

Some of the attributes that are associated with Yin and Yang are:

Yin and Yang qualities are opposite of each other and can be found in any human, in any place, even we can observe this Yin-Yang concept all across the universe. There are opposites of things everywhere. There’s night to the day, ocean to the landscapes, sun to the moon and so on. Similarly, when comes to humans ( the most complex beings ) there’s is perfect amalgamation of both extremes in genders. There’s no boundary set, yet there are some masculine element and some are feminine.

Mixture of Yin and Yang qualities is present in both males and females.

So, if we understand the basic philosophy of Yin and Yang concept and associate with the Universe, we will come to know that there is perfect balance of everything in the Universe. Even we all can witness in our lives too. And if the better we understand, the better our lives get.

A guide to improve Speaking Skills

Hey guys! Hope you all are doing great in your lives. I have been reading a self-help book by Dale Carnegie named as “The Quick and Easy Way to Effective Speaking”. I always find these books very motivating and effective in order to improve basic communication skills. I, like all other individuals faced the fear of speaking up in public


till I got admission in my Communications Degree where we see communication in different and vibrant perspective. So, my basic fear flew away.

I find it vital to mention in few words, the importance of public speaking or in general speaking in our daily lives. The way you speak deliver strong vibrations into the air which tend to influence listeners. Who would not want that people would listen to him? Everyone likes the person who speaks in passionate,thoughtful and convincing manner. It is one of our very basic desire to be listened to. So, why not work on this skill to improve your communications.

I found myself more confident and my opinions about things got stronger as I tend to speak about them. So, here are some simple tips and tricks for you guys from my personal experience as well as from the book by Dale Carnegie, to rock your speaking skills in communications. I am going to divide this vast topic into two parts; first is at cognitive level and secondly th handy things that you could actually physically do and practice in order to improve.

  1. Predetermine your mind:

Seize every opportunity you find to talk to. Never ever stop yourself from expressing your valid point of views just because you think you are not good enough. Your own image about yourself matters a lot and guarantees success in speaking. You may find it very basic but in actual when people are surveyed in United Kingdoms, they polled Public Speaking as most fearful thing to do. So, take all that negative shit out of your mind and predetermine your mind for success.

2. Develop Confidence:

Now, this part is challenging, I agree, but you need to tell yourself first that you are more capable than you think you are. Your fears are just small as compared to your talent. When you adopt this mindset, start working to make your base really strong. Start practicing it again and again. Practice it zillion times by facing yourself in front of a mirror. See your confident picture. Practice will definitely make you more confident with whatever you have to talk in public.

Self-Confidence is the best outfit, rock it! Own it!

3. Choose Topic Wisely:

This is something which I have learnt from the book to choose the topic about which you have the right to, which means to talk about things which you have experienced in your personal life or either have much knowledge through study or anything. This could be done when you are open to talk about anything. But when you’re restrained to talk about a topic, gather as much material as you can, read it , google it and find each and every detail about it. Have you ever noticed that words just burst out of you when you have more knowledge or experience about it?   When you have knowledge about it, you’ll never have to face lack of words!

4. Visualize your Talk:

That’s something really practical and helpful when it comes to make your talk interesting. During speaking let your mind make pictures of what you are talking about. Let’s say you are about to quote an experience of yours, picture yourself and whole scenario in your mind. And try to make same image in mind of others by using names, colours and each and every detail. Make a story out of it. Humans are most interested in listening stories. So, you need to talk like what people like to hear.

5. Get Attention Immediately:

In order to instantly grab the attention of your listeners, start your talk by an example, an incident or a story. it will automatically make your audience interested in what you are about to deliver. Then, you need to spell your magic by effectively creating links between the message you intend to share and your story. Make your listeners amazed. State interesting facts. If you’re planning to give longer talk, engage your audience by asking questions from them to or ask them to share any of their experience. Use statistics that support your main idea.

Don’t ever talk negatively about yourself on the stage ever. On several occasions, I have heard speaker on the stage saying they are not good enough and blah blah, and seriously it is a huge disappointment as an audience to listen to them. It gives straight message that the speaker is not capable enough to talk and it gives very bad impression. Keeping yourself low and playing yourself down requires placing the real facts about yourself in very humble way.

In the book, there is in depth study how to talk to inform, how to talk to convince and making Impromptu Talks which I will share with you next week and famous T-I-S formula. Share your thoughts in the comments and practice speaking more with your friends. Form a support group to improve your skills and polish your talents.

Law Of Attraction

Back in 2013 I’ve read a book “Ask and it is given”  the book by Esther and Jerry Hicks on the teachings of Abraham. It was really a strong book on Law of Attraction. And is responsible for happiness of my life now. I understand that the more you talk and think about miseries, the more you suffer. Instead shift your focus on happiness and pleasant thoughts to create happier and content life.

It gave strong concepts to calm down mind to have matchable frequency with your dreams to manifest them. Your thoughts are just like vibrations being send continuously to the outer world. To understand the concept consider a radio. One has to match the frequency with desired channel to hear it. In other words, we have to match our frequencies with our desires to manifest them.

There is nothing in the world which cannot be achieved. You have to just calm down and think about it. Shift your focus to the things you want to manifest. For this purpose meditation is best. Find a quiet place where no one will disturb you. Try to shut all the existing thoughts from your mind. Then begin imagining what you want. How would you feel when you have the things you desire.

There are basically two concepts; first is to calm your mind second is to imagine situations. While imagining try to recall every possible detail of what you want. What color you would wear, how you walk, who accompanies you, what kind of surroundings will be and all tiniest details. Visualize your life as you want it to be.

Develop a strong routine of meditation when you go to your private and quiet environment. Start from 5 minutes and you may extend it to 15 or half an hour per day. Imagine your life, relationships, family and body that pleases you. Think good about it.

We talk our thoughts as energies. Consider for a moment that everything in the world is alive and it breathes. It has energy. You will begin to feel the power of thoughts and things around you as they begin to manifest in your life or show their signs. Your thoughts begin the energy. More simply thoughts are source of energy. Your emotions amplify them. And your action increases its momentum.

The point is that Universe works according to pre defined and pre set rules. It’s not haphazardly created. You have to follow the process for everything. Our only work is to get in alignment with its perfection. You have to believe that all is well. The moment you start believing in it, putting trust in the process everything will be perfect as it touches your energy.

Then I read more and more about the concept and found out another really strong book that explains the concepts so powerfully and spiritually. The Secret was published in 2006 and a self-help book by Rhonda Byrne. It is based on the law of attraction.

Law of attraction gives you charge of your life completely. To modify, create and enjoy the way you want. Because no one is you. You yourself are responsible for your success and happiness.

To manifest desires you gotta make yourself believe that you are capable of receiving all goodness by repeating it to yourself daily. Write and hang positive affirmations somewhere prominent and say those to yourself daily. Remind yourself the greatness in you every morning and you’ll feel positive whole day.

Affirmations:

Affirmations are a way to consciously control your thoughts. They are short and powerful statements that when you think them, hear them and say them, become the thoughts creating your reality.

The power of affirmations is that they make you consciously aware of your thoughts and when repeated consistently they will soon overpower those negative thoughts weighing you down.

My Dream Vacation Place

One of my dream vacation place is Greece. I love Greece beauty, calm and clean atmosphere. Natural beauty and scenic tourist spots attract so much. I just can’t wait to visit Greece. Greece is known for its beaches and party resorts. They are alluring.

Dazzling cliffside sunsets and and white-washed houses with pretty pink Bougainvillea are captivating.

Some Facts about Greece:

Euro is the currency of Greece.

Athens is the capital city of Greece.

Language spoken over Greece is Greek.

Greeks are very affectionate and open. Expect to be asked personal questions.

Family and friends exchange kisses on both cheeks. and fellows greet by shaking hands.

Remember that a good tourist is a polite tourist.

The birthplace of democracy, the capital of Greece, Athens captures the heart of its visitors. Its architecture has been marked by Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman civilizations, which accompany the classic Greek style.

Winters

Hope you all have a lush Sunday. Tomorrow is working day. You must be planning clothes and what to wear days ahead. In winters, ripped jeans are in trend. They look super chic and cool. In 2018 trend setters have kept in mind comfortability and style together to give unique looks. Ripped jeans and sweaters look stylish and give quick fashionable look. Long boots with unique colors matching the sweater will add bomb look to the outfit. In Pakistani culture a simple brown shaded shawls looks perfect over the sweater. Open hair or ponytail finishes the quick look of winters.

A scarf or shawl can be put around neck or over shoulders.

White joggers are so in trend that winter outfits now look incomplete without them. Quick and easy styling tips are to just made a hair bun and put on white shoes with cozy sweater.

Long coats can also be added in the look. They are best to add when weather gets extra cold.

Boots in black are always in trend and never disappoint to add classy lady look.

If you want some different appearance and add some fancy style put on some fashion finger rings with some fancy bag. Open shoes work beat to add a little glamorous look.

In Paksitani society, shawls are so trendy and add decent look in the personality if well carried. Even now in weddings velvet shawls are so in.

Soft outfit colors can be glamourised by added dark coloured embroided shawls normally of mehroon or black colour.

Our very own cute “Maya Ali” carried shawl so perfect. It gave us inspiration to have black velvet shawls as a must have of our winter wardrobe.

In addition to shawls, these velvet gowns by designers are also designed to give major fancy goals for weddings. They can be paired with any single coloured outfit.

Same goes for the boys. Men add black or brown shawls and wrap themselves in them and wallah they look amazing.

Even in ramp boys rock shawls. And giving breath taking goals to keep themselves stylish and warm in winters.

Rumi’s Daughter- Book Review

Hey Crispers! I have planned in new year goals to read a book each month. For first I choose Rumi’s Daughter by Muriel Maufroy.  I have finished reading the book day before. Yoo I m done before deadline 😉 So, I decided to share my views about it.

Story:

First of all I would like to narrate basic story so you get better understanding of it.

Kimya was a seven year old girl in small village. She is very different from other kids. Her mother Evdokia and father Farrukh were very worried about her as she lost somewhere from time to time. Religious scholar advised her parents to send Kimya to city Konya (centre of knowledge and trade that time).After much resistance, Farrukh agrees to leave Kimya for studying. He himself brings Kimya to main city Konya. Both father daughter were sitting at square market in front of main entrance to city when Jalal-ud-Din Rumi entered city. Kimya recognized him. She had seen him in her dreams. Jalal-ud-Din was surrounded by his students. He came to Farrukh (Kimya’s Father) request her father to let Kimya live with him as his daughter. His eyes were filled with tears and he was proud of her daughter’s destiny. Kimya started living with Rumi. And begin learning from him.

One day, a traveller came from Tabriz shared few words with Molana Rumi. He gets fainted. Then Rumi accompany him to one of his friend’s house. There they both solitude themselves in that room for two weeks or so. They came out and spend most of their time together. Molana stopped teaching. Whole village became angry, anxious and wanted “Shams”(the traveler) to leave after some really obnoxious acts. People considered him to be involved in blasphemy acts after having wine and arranging musical night by a prostitute. Suddenly one day Molana found out that Shams had left. He finds him everywhere and ask every traveler about Shams. He became weak and always missed Shams.

He sent his son to bring Shams. At last he came and somehow Kimya is married with Shams. After marriage nothing changed except Kimya’s morning routine when she gave lunch to her husband. Then he leaves the house and spends whole day in the study room with Molana Rumi. Kimya wanted and longed for attention of Shams. Villagers back bitted that he doesn’t allow Kimya to mingle with people. But that was not true.

Kimya was becoming weaker and weaker. She became pale. One day she fainted in kitchen and lost conscious for two weeks. Molana’s wife “Kerra” was there when Kimya opened her eyes. She told her that she remained fainted for two weeks. Kimya saw her husband standing behind Kerra. Kimya had some flashbacks. Kimya uttered her last words, “My heart is bursting open”.

Reviews:

Jalal-ud-din Rumi learned self discipline and new dimensions of love. He was the mystical poet got polished by company of Shams. He had extra spiritual friendship with Shams. On searching more about Shams, I found out that

 Shams had travelled throughout the Middle East searching and praying for someone who could “endure his company”. A voice said to him,

“What will you give in return?”

Shams replied,

“My head!”

The voice then said,

“The one you seek is Jalal ud-Din of Konya.”

 

In days when Shams left and Rumi felt alone and sad he wrote in poem:

Why should I seek? I am the same as
He. His essence speaks through me.
I have been looking for myself!

از جمادی مُردم و نامی شدم
وز نما مُردم به حیوان برزدم
مُردم از حیوانی و آدم شدم
پس چه ترسم کی ز مردن کم شدم؟
حملهٔ دیگر بمیرم از بشر
تا برآرم از ملائک بال و پر
وز ملک هم بایدم جستن ز جو
کل شیء هالک الا وجهه
بار دیگر از ملک پران شوم
آنچ اندر وهم ناید آن شوم
پس عدم گردم عدم چون ارغنون
گویدم که انا الیه راجعون

I died to the mineral state and became a plant,
I died to the vegetal state and reached animality,
I died to the animal state and became a man,
Then what should I fear? I have never become less from dying.
At the next charge (forward) I will die to human nature,
So that I may lift up (my) head and wings (and soar) among the angels,
And I must (also) jump from the river of (the state of) the angel,
Everything perishes except His Face,
Once again I will become sacrificed from (the state of) the angel,
I will become that which cannot come into the imagination,
Then I will become non-existent; non-existence says to me (in tones) like an organ

He had written perfect poems depicting love of God and about the world hereafter. But there were some questions that arose in my mind after reading and suspense that went along as pages were turned by me. I’ll list them down below:

  • Shams was with Rumi for quite long. He obeyed whatever Shams says. One day he asked for wine. Villagers came to know and they were shocked too. Then Kimya saw Shams pouring wine in drain and kept few of it and drank. He also offered Rumi and he also drank it. Wine is strictly prohibited in religion Islam. How such pious men could even think of drinking or even tasting it? Their hearts were filled with love. Then?
  • On Shams demand, Rumi also arranged a musical night where a prostitute was invited to sing who had repented a year ago. Then, on Kimya’s wedding music was there and special musicians were called. Music is said to be Haram. How those spiritual leaders took music?
  • There was no description about who Shams actually was? What he wanted to teach Rumi in solitude?
  • What was the purpose of Kimya’s life? All way she was treated so special like there’s much more light in her. Then in Konya she married to Shams. And their relation did not did that well nor Shams teached her much. Kimya loved Shams so much but was this the purpose of her life?
  • Her parents never visited nor she ever tried to meet them. Her real family was not there at her marriage or any part of her life after she left her village. Is the love of blood so weak?

Designer Hunt by Crispy Lipstick

unnamed (2)Hey Crispers! How are you doing all? This Time I want to introduce you all to very cute dress designer and creative head “Rafia Minhas” who has some really cool makeup skills too.

Cutie is born on 2nd of October, 1993. Her hobbies are makeup, photography and dress designing. Rafia has done MBA in HR and two years back in 2015, She started her career as a Creative Head of clothing brand “Aari”. Aari offers formal and semi formal clothes for women. Talking about the uniqueness brand holds, Rafia told that all the dresses are unique and self-sketched. They also make customised dresses as per the demand of the customers. Of course the creative job is hectic but she enjoys designing and adding value in the lives of her customers and brand.

I have experienced personally that when you are doing creative stuff, it happens sometimes that all creativity flies off all of sudden. Mind just gets blocked. Addressing this issue Rafia shared her thoughts that whenever this kind of stuff happens, it pushes her to do better. She takes it as a challenge and it helps to think outside the box. She loves fashion and this love keeps her motivated to mix and match stuff to create unique designs.

She loves designs of Sabyasachi Mukherjee as she considers them to be chic and traditional simultaneously. Talking about inspiration, she loves how Huda Kattan had established her own line and rocking it. Rafia shared a fun fact too that Huda Kattan is her birthday twin. She likes styling of Sonam Kapoor and Blake lively.

Super Chic!

Talking about social media, Rafia Minhas shared her views that people become so negative and leave hateful comments. This thing pisses her off. And professionally when she founds her own designs as replicas on other pages, it breaks her heart a little. Her effort is copied by others. And it gets irritating at times. She believes that people should respect privacy of others. On her photos being screenshotted every time, she thinks it is highly unethical to save photos of others for whatever reason they are doing this. Especially on Snapchat where you are even aware of this thing. She always add sticker with her photos to not to screenshot it.

Personally, I love her dressing sense and how she carries herself with that. I think faces are God-gifted. One cannot change them. But personal grooming and self improvement are what makes personality more impressive and powerful.

Cute Lady!

She spends her time to choose what to wear. She likes to match her old stuff with new ones to create new impressions. She hangout with her friends or watch her favourite seasons as her “Me Time”. Whenever Rafia feels sad or feel like doing nothing she puts on headphones. Listens to high beats or just sleep it off.

Her future plan is to join some international makeup school and learn from there. Then carry on with it as a profession.
